How to use your iBrush365

Rinse the brush head with warm water before use and apply a small amount of toothpaste.
Place the head against your teeth before turning the brush on.
Hold the brush gently against the teeth and gumline. Do not press hard; the spinning head does the work.
Move the brush slowly around your mouth, like a manual brush. Do not hold it in one spot for long.
Rinse the head after brushing and let it air-dry.

There is a short learning curve. Give it a few days and it will feel natural.

What makes the Bidirectional brush different?

Its round head spins in two directions, sweeping from the gums toward the teeth, the motion dentists recommend. You hold it in place; no wrist twisting needed.

How often should I replace the brush head?

Every 2 to 3 months, depending on use, or sooner if the bristles look worn. Bristles that wear out early usually mean too much pressure is being used.

Do replacement heads fit every color?

Yes. Bidirectional replacement heads fit every color of Bidirectional handle. SSX1000 sonic heads fit every SSX1000 handle; the colored ring only helps family members tell their heads apart.

Do Bidirectional heads fit the SSX1000, or the other way around?

No. Each brush uses its own heads. Choose the replacement heads that match your brush model.

How many heads are in a pack?

Three heads per pack.

Who can use iBrush365?

iBrush365 is designed for adults. It is a personal care device and should not be shared. If you have gum disease, a loose tooth or filling, a damaged crown or any other mouth problem, ask your dentist before using any electric toothbrush.

How much is shipping?

Can I return it?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened brushes and heads can't be returned, but handles have a 6-month warranty against defects. See our Refund Policy.
